• Keeping a pulse on business travel trends with industry involvement

    CWT Savvy Traveler
The world of business travel is always changing: new technologies, tools, processes, fees, security requirements, etc. How do you keep up? One way to discuss these trends is to connect with travel buyers and suppliers at the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) convention in Boston, July 22 -25. CWT will be there: it’s an annual event that we regularly participate in as an exhibitor, meeting with travel managers and demonstrating the value that a managed travel program can provide for businesses of all sizes.

CWT focuses on tools and technologies that simplify the travel process for business travelers, while supporting their company’s travel program goals. We’d love to hear, what are some of the tools or technologies that would make your life on the road easier?

We are always looking for meaningful ways to engage with our clients and travel buyers outside the official convention activities. CWT will be taking over Boston’s Symphony Hall on Tuesday night, July 24, to host “Thrive in Retro,” a 1960’s nightclub-style event, complete with the music of the Boston Pops Swing Orchestra. CWT and our event sponsors* invite our valued clients to join us in supporting our host city’s community. This year’s CWT charitable recipient is Project STEP, an organization that identifies musically talented children from underrepresented Boston communities and provides them with musical instruction – equipping them for success in the world of classical music. Check out the video below to meet some of these talented musicians.

*Valued event sponsors include United Airlines, Wyndham Hotel Group, Wingate by Wyndham, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, Travelport, Enterprise Holdings, BostonCoach, Active Network | StarCite, Boston Gourmet, and Boston Symphony Orchestra/Boston Pops.
