• ‘People will really enjoy doing their expense reports’

nick-vournakis-kds-nowAt the KDS Now conference today in Paris, KDS put a great new spin on its Neo tool, which is coming to Carlson Wagonlit Travel as previously announced at the 2013 GBTA convention.

The new features announced today include voice-activated bookings, local ground transportation and calendar integration. You can book a trip directly from the meeting notice in your Outlook calendar! But it goes beyond the booking to expense reports. KDS also announced a brand-new tool which will make expense reports a breeze.

And all this can be done from your iPad!

Dean Forbes, CEO of KDS and Nick Vournakis, senior vice president of global marketing at CWT, talk about this great innovation.

“We think it’s the first time people will really enjoy doing their expense reports,” Forbes said.

“We’re really excited to be at the front end of that change with a great partner like KDS,” said Vournakis.
