If you’ve watched what we’ve published on some of CWT’s Twitter accounts, you’ve probably seen a bit of a sampling of some of the people who work here, as well as a lot of travel updates. In fact, you may have seen these two names before. But you’ll see more of them.
Joel Wartgow, senior director, the Americas, for CWT Solutions Group, and Vincent Lebunetel, senior director, EMEA, for CWT Solutions Group, have each been in the news recently.
Wartgow, who has been focused on rewarding travelers for making the best possible travel choices for their company, is quoted in a recent Travel Market Report piece regarding travel in 2014. The premise is that business travel will continue to evolve to become more focused on the traveler, and Wartgow agrees: “Give a traveler information on all of their travel aspects – from when they walk out their door until they walk back in after the trip. Give them an environment where they can book all of that in one interface.”
Lebunetel was named to Buying Business Travel’s Hotlist 2014, under Corporate Social Responsibility. That’s because of his focus on helping business reduce stress levels for their travelers using CWT’s Travel Stress Index.
In their words: “The TSI looks at the potential stress caused to a traveler through up to 22 activities associated with a business travel trip, from making the initial booking to getting their trip expenses paid by the employer on their return to the office.”
